Is this the level #1 class? I learned so much from Stella and am sure you are doing the same. :)<br /><br />The fondant recipe I use is made with marshmallows. You can find it here: http://whatscookingamerica.net/PegW/Fondant.htm .<br />This fondant is really nice to work with and tastes good, in my opinion anyway. I've had several other people say they like how it tastes too, but then I've also had 1 young lady tell me she loved the cake I made, except for how the fondant tasted. :) Soooo, it might just be a matter of preference? <br /><br />I would LOVE to see your cakes (pictures or the real thing) sometime! I still have that book that Mikayla loaned me on cakes.
