Announcement of a new arrival:

I am pleased to announce the arrival of Marta....ah, Bornemann on the Bornemann farm, Seeds of Honor this day, the 13th of August, in the year of our Lord, 2009~ Survivors of the ordeal include her mother, Leisle and father, ?. She has a late twin brother--who was stillborn this same day.

Marta's hair is mostly black with a few patches of white here and there. She is small for her age, but at the rate she consumed her milk this evening, it is presumed that she will soon grow up into a fine young heifer! Pictures to follow in a future posting.
