It's Winter in North Dakota!

It's winter in North Dakota--
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At twenty-five below.

Oh, how I love North Dakota--
When the snow's up to your knees...
You take one breath of winter
But then your nose begins to freeze!

Yes, the weather here is wonderful,
So I guess I'll hang around.
I could never leave North Dakota anyway
'Cause I'm frozen to the ground!

Well, maybe it isn't quite that bad yet, but sometimes it does feel pretty cold outside!

I just wanted to wish you all a happy Winter and to share a quote with you... :)

"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together!"

Hi Cora, we sure enjoy your blog! I don't know how you manage to always find such interesting and fun things to blog about. David gets up in the morning and runs over to check what you have written next!

That is how I feel about MI!
I have always lived in Mi and have only left the state four times.
It is cold here too. It is so sunny out and the sky is so blue. Oh How I like the winter!

LOL! Wonderful post Cora!
I've been gone a few days, so I'm trying to catch up on the blogs I follow - you've had several interesting adventures since I checked last!

Blessings,

It is very wintery here too! Me and my siblings (except my oldest brother) all went out skiing this evening...it was SO much fun!
I think I like MI just as much as you like ND! I would never be able to leave MI... (unless the Lord led me someplace else :).
This was a fun poem!

Thanks so much everyone for taking the time to leave me a note!!!

Mrs. Bartlett~
Thanks for sharing that about David. :) It made us all smile! I just feel blessed to have so many interesting things always going on around me that I can just post about our life and have it hopefully be a blessing to others...

Grace & Hannah~
You could just change the ND part to MI and have the perfect poem for your part of the world too! :)
