First you take the fence down, then you put the fence up...

That's what most of our afternoon was like! Dad and we youngsters took down the fence around the big lake and then strung it up again around another part of the pasture. It took most of the afternoon, but now the cows should stay in that cell.

Mother in the meantime went to our friend, Fern's place to pick up her rope-maker, as we asked if we can borrow it to make the ropes for our swing-set. There was a little time before supper and chores, so Dad, Andrew, Jacob & I made 5 of the 12 ropes we'll need. It's a really neat machine and I took several pictures, but I don't have them loaded on the computer yet, so I'll have to post them tomorrow. It is just so exciting to have the swing-set project moving ahead!!!

We had a campfire again tonight and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Mother had made a wonderful fruit salad too, so we had a grand time! It sprinkled while we were eating, but not enough to scare us inside. :)

Those were the most interesting parts about our day... I'll post pictures tomorrow, Lord willing~

I can't wait to see how your swing set is coming along, it should be fun to see when it's all completed! =:D

Blessings!

p.s. - umm, actually my sewing isn't good when it comes to fitting...one of the aprons overlap's in the back and I have to cinch it in so it looks like it fits! =;) Ha Ha! But thanks for your comment! =:) It was very sweet of you!
