We all slept in; did our chores in the SUNSHINE!; got cleaned up; enjoyed a meal together; fellowshipped and sang hymns; listened to a Dr. Davis message (about what really "Counts" in this life...); rested; Mom and I played piano; and then we watched a long movie in honor of Mother's Day.
How peaceful it is when we're all at home. Home is such a wonderful place, isn't it?

Sounds like you all had a pleasant relaxing day together :)
That's good. I won't be surprised if most of us sleep on tomorrow. David stayed up to 1:00 doing his blog. He told me, I just don't feel tired. See David, I said that's how it was for me last night. He couldn't say nothin'! Whew. So now it is almost 1:15 AM (!!!!) and I am tired (yes I am!) but I am reading a REALLY interesting book called The Meeting Place it is by Janette Oke and some other author. Oh my! It was a little hard for me to get into at the start (I'm not sure why.) but now I can't put it down! It is the first book in a series. Grace has read a few of them and wants to get more. Have you read any of Janette Oke's books?
I was playing the piano for awhile today too. I was trying to play sorta Celtic. I love Celtic music and I wish I could play it really good. The song I was making up sounded Celtic to me, but I don't know how it sounded to my family! They are so loving. They will let me bang away on that thing as loud as I want unless the lil' bros are doing math or a phone call is being made :)
What movie did you watch?
Yes'm you are right, home is a wonderful place--especially after being in town all day!
Have a good rest~
