That's what Mother and I were---after staining the deck boards for several hours. We still have a bit to do, but will need to get more stain before we can finish as, when we'd bought the stain, we didn't realize we'd be building a new deck and would need enough for the back sides of the boards too..... We still need to varnish them too. It was nice and sunny today though (an answered prayer!) and the breeze dried our stain on the boards very quickly!
My dad was able to get back to seeding today. The boys worked on Andrew's newest pickup project. Mom and I also did quite a bit of laundry, hanging it out to dry in the warm wind.
Tomorrow I get to go care for "My" little girls again. :)
